Happy Sunday everyone how you'all doin today?
The gym is closed on sundays so I just walked myself to get 10k points
Anyways I got my dose of protein today
I got around 250grams of peanuts yesterday and ate it today well its more like 100grams if we dont include its shell but all is fine. Peanuts is a good source of protein and healthy fats
People like us who sweat alot also needs our daily dose of potassium yes?
Bananas is one of the best fruit that contains high amount of potassium so better always include it in your diet 😍
