Banana tartlet stuffed with meat

Greetings my people, blessed day to all.

Today I want to share with you these delicious tartlets, to pamper the family. I will show you a different way of eating, what I almost always have at home, this time I will prepare them in a different version.
I love to accompany my lunch with banana and the day there is no banana, it is missed a lot. ha ha ha ha ha ha.

1/2 cup of oil
Herbs (cumin, oregano)

Dough for the tartlet

3 ripe plantains, parboiled
4 tablespoon of oat flour
1 powdered milk
1 egg

Tartaleta de plátano rellena de carne

Saludos mi gente, bendecido dia para todos.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes estas deliciosas tartaletas, para consentir a la familia. Les mostrare una manera diferente de comer, lo que casi siempre tengo en casa, esta vez se las preparare en otra versión.

Me encanta acompañar mi almuerzo con plátano y el día que no hay, se le extraña demás. ja ja ja.

El plátano es un fruto muy beneficioso para la salud, ayuda a moderar el azúcar en la sangre al consumirlo después de las comidas, reduce el apetito, contienen mucha fibras, y un alto contenido de potasio y es bajo en sodio.

Mis amigos no tires los hilos del plátano, son ricos en vitamina B6, calcio, antioxidantes y fibra.

Relleno.

300 grs de carne molida
pizca de sal
1/2 taza de aceite
Hierbas (comino, orégano)

Masa para la tartaleta

3 Plátano maduro sancochado
4 cucharada de harina de avena
1 de leche polvo
1 huevo
1/2 cucharadita de polvo de hornear.

Incorporamos las hierbas y la sal

En un sartén colocar el aceite, esperar que caliente y agregar la carne ya sazonada y dejamos cocinar hasta lograr que este suelta ( que no este empelotada).

Sancochamos los plátanos

Ya listos el plátano y la carne.

Realizamos un puré de plátano, agregaremos la harina de avena, el huevo, polvo de hornear

Engrasar las tartaletas con manteca o mantequilla.

Colocar en la tartaleta un papel encerado para que se haga mas fácil despegarlo, después de horneado. encima coloco el puré de plátano, luego agregar en el centro el relleno de carne molida.

Cubrir nuevamente con puré de plátano.

llevar al horno a 180° F por 10 o 15 minutos aproximadamente.

Esperar que baje la temperatura, para despegar del molde.
