Create a New Wish (Genie#1)

Create a wish on Open Genie. It should be a real wish even if it's a very simple wish. In fact simple wishes that can be completed fast are preferred during this testing.

We will reward multiple Genies. Only one Wish per user will be rewarded.

No limit specified right now we will see how many take advantage.
