Divine Release into Glory

Mark 5: 1 - 13

1 And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes
2 And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,
3 Who had his dwelling among the tombs and no man could bind him, no, not with chains:
4 Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him
5 And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones
6 But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him,
7 And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not
8 For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit
9 And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many
10 And he besought him much that he would not send them away out of the country
11 Now there was there nigh unto the mountains a great herd of swine feeding
12 And all the devils besought him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them
13 And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand ) and were choked in the sea.

From the passage of the scripture, the story here describes how an unclean spirit possesses a young man and made him do all kinds of evil to himself, the passage further explains that the spirit possessing this man aren't one because when Jesus Christ asked the evil spirit in this man its name, the answer was Legion; for we are many.

There are some things I want to establish in this passage, If a man fails to have an Holy Spirit then that person will be possessed by an evil spirit.

The evil spirit in this man recognize the presence of Jesus Christ and what made that happened, aside that Jesus Christ is the Son of God was that He(Jesus Christ) carried an Holy Spirit which made Him have dominion over the evil spirit.

The evil spirit when been driven out by Christ pleaded with Him to let them go into the swine of pigs and this made the pigs perish.

Note this, the evil spirit is an unclean spirit and by nature of creation pigs are dirty animals, the best place an unclean spirit can inhabit is an unclean place.

If you are living a live of uncleanliness and think no one can possess you, you think you have permission over your live then watch it because the evil spirit did not take permission from the pigs before possessing them and destroying them in the sea. Take heed of the word of God, live a life of holiness unto Him and you will be released into glory.

If a man see's the glory of God then his live will never remain the same, Moses sees the glory of God on Mount Sinai and this change his live forever. Some believers and even unbelievers are only seeing mere glamour, they had never had an encounter of God's glory if they do then that is more than just a jackpot for them. I encourage this new month to live a live of holiness.

My message this morning is that you live a life of Holiness and then you will be release into God's glory.

God bless you as you do, have a nice day!

Thank you for reading, and happy new month from @olatun
