It's incredible how quickly the sound of crashing waves makes me relax, all anxiety disappears in less than 5 minutes. I have been living near the beach for almost 6 months and I attest to the cliché that life is tastier on the beach.

Es increíble lo rápido que me hace relajar el sonido de las olas al romper, toda la ansiedad se esfuma en menos de 5 minutos. Llevo casi 6 meses viviendo cerca de la playa y doy fe del cliché de que en la playa la vida es más sabrosa.

At the end of the Paseo Do Lagares route, Samil beach is a few kilometers away. Lagares is another beautiful route to take, which is perfect for walks at sunrise and sunset.

Al finalizar el recorrido del Paseo Do Lagares queda la playa de Samil a unos pocos kilómetros. Lagares es otro recorrido hermoso por realizar, que queda perfecto para caminatas al amanecer y al atardecer.

Any large stone is good to sit on for a long time to enjoy the vastness of the sea and its relaxing beauty 🌊🌊🌊
