A very rainy day on the Rideau

This is a photo I took a few days ago in the rain. I thought it was pretty cool how it looks almost like a tunnel through the woods.
Or a key hole into a door, into another universe….

It was pouring rain and our Golden Retriever , Lola had waited patiently all morning to go for her walk. I was hoping the rain would let up but it did not so off we went on the trail with an umbrella.

Lola had no problem getting wet and was very happy to finally be outside. The only thing she likes better than a walk in the rain is a walk in the snow.
