This year was loaded with great wonders of totally beautiful experience, which allowed me to grow, learn to gain intelligence and wisdom, as well as gain new knowledge in my professional career and what is my preparation as an undergraduate student really summarize this year, is expressed under various totally pleasant experiences for me being an excellent year that I have been able to live despite the problems or difficulties that are manifested in the way but that are part of the arduous journey and effort.

I made my last extraction of the year of the dental organ number 75, of a tooth that had a lesion in furca that is to say a radiolucent image that included enamel, dentin and pulp, which was the product of an irreversible pulpitis, it is worth mentioning that when the caries advanced so much that it could affect the permanent tooth completely, It should be noted that even that tooth was not ready to be extracted because its roots were complete but it really had to be done because it was the treatment option, since pulpotomy could not be done because we would have completely left the tooth.

Finally, it is worth mentioning that my patient behaved wonderfully, it cost me a little to get the tooth to come out, but in the end it ended up coming out, my patient was totally happy and also the tooth fairy gave him a dollar as a gift, in his clinic there is a new house of the tooth fairy and we did not hesitate to take nice pictures in it.

Hola mis queridos amigos de liketu.

Este año estuvo cargado de grandes maravillas de experiencia totalmente hermosas, que me permitieron crecer, aprender a obtener inteligencia y sabiduría, así como también ganar nuevos conocimientos en mi carrera profesional y lo que es mi preparación como estudiante de pregrado realmente resumir este año, se expresa bajo diversas experiencias totalmente agradables para mí siendo un excelente año que he podido vivir a pesar de los problemas o dificultades que se manifiestan en el camino pero que forman parte del trayecto arduo y esfuerzo.

Realice mi última extracción del año del órgano dental número 75, de un diente que poseía una lesión en furca es decir una imagen radiolucida que abarcaba esmalte, dentina y pulpa, que era producto de una púlpitis irreversible, cabe destacar que cuando la caries avanzo tanto que podía afectar complentamente al diente permanente, cabe destacar que aún ese diente no estaba preparado para extraer porque sus raíces estaban completas pero realmente se debía hacer ya que era la opción del tratamiento, puesto que no se podía hacer pulpotomia porque nos hubiesemos salido por completo de la pieza dentaria.

Cabe destacar por último que mi paciente se comporto totalmente de maravillas, me costo un poco para que el diente saliera, pero a la final el mismo termino saliendo mi paciente estaba totalmente contento y además el Ratón Perez le regalo un dolar de regalo, en su la clínica hay una nueva casita del Ratón Perez y no dudamos tomarnos lindas fotografías en ella.
