There is just a short list of things I can tolerate in my life being who I am. Everyone of us has their own freedom to do whatever they want to do but just make sure you don’t cross my part with your bs. That’s just my one rule in life.

There are so many people we work with who are constantly trying to do stuff to get us to react. They’re like the witches sent by our village people to follow us wherever we go. And just make a mistake and react, you’ll turn out to be the bad person in the company or wherever you work because some of these people can twist the whole story to make themselves look like the victim.

No matter what we go through daily at work, it is very important that we learn to tolerate our colleagues if not for a good working environment , then for our own sanity. I’ve met people who can drive you crazy once you start to work on a project with them. They’d leave you to take responsibility for everything and even draw you back at some point and you dare not complain because they will just use that to play the victim. When dealing with people like this, you need it be start about it and learn to put them in their right places when necessary. It is only then they will start acting right.
 
Most people are just out to give their colleagues at work a hard time because they’re either jealous of them or just don’t like them for no reason whatsoever. You mostly find this happening with we ladies because we are our own enemies. Sometimes all the drama at the workplace is really not necessary. If only we are able to exercise a little bit of patience and learn to live with one another despite our differences, everything will fall in its right place.
 

Personally, I believe that tolerance is a very important value we all should possess as individuals but there’s a limit to our tolerance. It’s not everything you should tolerate because that would just serve as an opportunity for others to take advantage of you. There are things you can just ignore and there are others that go against your values and what you stand and you should never use tolerance as an excuse to let them pass. Learn to tolerate others but also learn to put them in their place when they don’t behave well.

I believe that this issue is subjective , but for me, this is my stand. Tolerance is very important and also not important in some situations.
