Finished rendering a 3D design of a house .

I got a lot of free time today. So I spent a lot of time with this design. Getting less time but practicing as much as possible. This is a 3D design of a three storey house. The size is like 1900 square feet. The lower floor has a different floor plan and the second and third floors have the same floor plan. The design of the house is very good. I did not design the floor plan. I found it from a site.

I always make such designs with sketchup software. I did it before and I still do it. And for rendering I use either Lumion or Do5. Right now I'm using Lumine 11. 12 has been released but not used yet and I can't do that because even if Lumin 12 can be used on my PC the benchmark results will be very low.

Now let's talk about the design of the house. Here I have done only the exterior design of the house. No interior work has been done yet. And I won't do it. My entire focus was on the front of the house because everyone sees the front of the house first. The rest of the sides of the house are also important but you will notice that all the work to increase the beauty of the house is done on the front side.

The textures used here are all provided by the render software. Here I have given all the colors as per my choice. There are several colors used here, the most common being the dairy cream color. Color code # FEE5B8. After that, I have used brown rust color on the very top. Color code # AF593E. For the parapet wall I have used black brake ceramic tile. On the ceiling and front of the verandah, on both sides of the exterior, I have given wood color. I can't give any code for it because here I use wood texture. I love wood textures because it gives a stylish look to the home once the color is finished. After that, the rendering process begins. Now it is not possible to describe.
