Weekend - Time To Contemplate Everything, Relax Rourself and Rrepare For A New Week

After a week of work, I stopped by a cafe recommended by a friend. Starting with a cup of salted coffee, the conversation with yourself begins. Sipping drinks with music, I look back on everything about the past working week. What did I do wrong or right, and am I okay? From my point of view, life is a series of experiences, and only by learning through those times can we become a better version of ourselves. My life for the past week has been as calm as ever, slowly fulfilling the set goals. Sometimes it's tiring, and sometimes it's not okay to remember my ex, but after all, I still have to live and continue for the future.
The shop I go to is a pretty quiet place where, besides enjoying a drink, you can also paint a statue for entertainment. I like the white layout here; it makes the room brighter and highlights the colors of the colorful statues and walls.
Here I find everything I want, think about everything I want, write down what I plan for the new week, and at least get to know myself better. I think you should do the same: find yourself some silence, slow down a little to make things go faster, and think a little so that things will gradually become lighter later.
There was a time when I fell into a state of depression, isolated myself from the world of people, and always thought of negative things. During that time, I hid myself in my small room; it was like I locked my mind in negative things. After that time, I gradually got out; I talked to myself more, and things weren't as bad as I thought. Since then, I have spent the weekend "depressed" because I understand depression is not bad; it just makes us think more, but too much in the negative direction. So I make it a tool for self-improvement; it's just that I use it to consider everything, both negative and positive, to improve myself.
So, how was your weekend today?
Please tell me!
Thank you for reading my post, among many others.
