My Actifit Report Card: December 21 2024

Hello everyone! 👋 We had a beautiful weather today, blue sky, dry and breezy and I am feeling so down this week so I thought a walk will do me good. So I had a walk on the boulevard. Well, not quite but happy to have done that. My skin problem is killing me not only physically but mentally and spiritually.

I made myself busy when I got back, I needed to shift my brain which is getting so not me... So I loaded the washing machine before having lunch and because Sunday is my busiest at work preparing and working without a pause did me good. But my skin problem is still here, the cause of my being on the brink of breaking down.
