El ejercicio es una actividad muy importante para mantenernos sanos y activos, es por esto que el pasado sábado 16 de Septiembre estuvimos realizando una excelente bailoterapia organizada por las #Hiveamigas en colaboración con el equipo de @hivesucre, fue una actividad muy divertida, llena de energía, sonrisas, baile y mucha buena vibra! 💫

Exercise is a very important activity to keep us healthy and active, this is why last Saturday September 16 we were doing an excellent dance therapy organized by the #Hiveamigas in collaboration with the @hivesucre team, it was a very fun activity, full of energy, smiles, dancing and lots of good vibes! 💫

La bailoterapia se realizó en el parque Guaquerí, que está ubicado en pleno centro de la ciudad de Cumaná-Venezuela 🇻🇪, estuvo a cargo del profesor José Navarro, habían más de 20 personas participando, bailamos varios generos musicales entre los cuales destacan merengue, salsa, rock ando roll, lambada y hasta nuestro tradicional tambor.

The dance therapy was held in the Guaquerí park, which is located in the center of the city of Cumaná-Venezuela 🇻🇪, was in charge of Professor José Navarro, there were more than 20 people participating, we danced various musical genres among which include merengue, salsa, rock and roll, lambada and even our traditional drum.

Tuvimos un break para refrigerios e hidratación por cortesía del equipo de @HiveSucre, además de unas dinámicas muy divertidas donde se entregaron unas gorras de Hive a las ganadoras. También el profesor Navarro nos explico la importancia del deporte para nuestra salud y nos exhorto a practicarlo con mayor frecuencia.

We had a break for refreshments and hydration courtesy of the @HiveSucre team, in addition to some very fun dynamics where Hive caps were given to the winners. Professor Navarro also explained the importance of sports for our health and urged us to practice it more often.

También tuvimos unas palabras a cargo de @aksurevm89 y @omarcitorojas quienes explicaron la importancia y algunos tips del proyecto Onboarding que está llevando acabo la comunidad de @HiveSucre con el apoyo de @OCD.

We also had a few words from @aksurevm89 and @omarcitorojas who explained the importance and some tips of the Onboarding project that the @HiveSucre community is carrying out with the support of @OCD.

Lo mejor de esta actividad fue compartir con varios Hivers de la comunidad, conocer en persona a las #Hiveamigas que son un grupo bastante unido y lleno de energía, además de promocionar a nuestra querida Blockchain HIVE y porsupuesto promover el deporte en nuestra ciudad.

The best part of this activity was sharing with several Hivers from the community, meeting in person the #Hiveamigas who are a very united and energetic group, as well as promoting our beloved Blockchain HIVE and of course promoting sports in our city.
