My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2023

Hey Actifitters,

Yesterday was supposed to be rainy, but according to the forecast, not before 2pm. So I thought I had plenty of time for our first break in the yard with Kaia. Of course, before Noon, it was already raining heavily! So we had to delay our yard walk for a bit. Squirrels and marmots were having a blast though, while Kaia was watching through the window.

Le Chat was watching them closely but didn't dare chasing them this time. She knew she didn't have Kaia to help her!

Luckily a couple hours later, there was a short dry window. As soon as I noticed, we were out the door.

With all that waiting before, Kaia was even more impatient to get outside.

Silly Le Chat prefers to drink the terrible disgusting water filling this green thing, instead of the fresh water I put in various bowls around the house.

As usual, we made the rounds to check the foliage colors changing.

It's different with the grey gloomy sky, but I like it too.

The rain resumed shortly after, and all we could do outside the rest of the afternoon was standing under the back porch roof overhang, and watch the rain. Not very active, but surprisingly relaxing.

Even with the gutters overflowing.

And that was it in terms of activity, barely 10k steps. At least, the temperature is much cooler now, hopefully summer is finally over.
