What’s up my fellow Splinterlands players!
I hope all of you are enjoying the day with your family and friends and also playing this awesome strategy card game in your daily life. For those who play this game seriously on a daily basis, I guess all of you are focusing all your brain power in the battle arena right now because if we look at the ranked season’s timer, only 7 days and 21 hours remain for this ongoing season to end. So, whatever your goals are for this ranked season, either to reach a certain league tier or to secure a place in the Champion leaderboard, be sure to reach there as soon as possible. Because during the last 2 days of season end, winning matches generally gets more difficult as all the OG players from across the globe get super active during this time and the battle arena literally becomes a bloodbath. Now, talking about myself, Right now I am playing at The iamond I league tier with a current trophy count of 3,480 and from here, I will need another 249 more trophies to reach my Goal league of Champion. Now, Let me just continue playing calmly and see how much time it takes from here.
Now moving forward, let me come to the main topic of this post as today, I will be talking about another amazing Rebellion card with you all. As you have already seen in the thumbnail above, today I will be talking about the FIZBO THE FABULOUS. So, if you are interested, let us take a deep dive without any further ado.
Fizbo the Fabulous
FIZBO THE FABULOUS is a monster type card that was launched into the game just recently with a special promo sale which is still going Live under the Hall of Legends tab under the shop section and this card costs 50000 dec per BCX. It is a promo type card and falls under the Rebellion edition card set. This is a special type of monster that belongs to both Fire and Earth elements. Its attack type is magic and it costs only 6 mana to be used in battles, so you can easily choose this card in your lineup when playing medium to high mana limit matches. It is a Legendary type card, so you will need a total of 11 BCXs of cards to upgrade this card to the maximum level. Now apart from a good magic attack at decent speed with a good combo of armour and shield, this monster also comes with 3 very useful abilities which I will be talking about later in this post. Let us now take a further look at its league wise stats and abilities to find out more about this card.
BRONZE
At level 1, this monster card possesses 2 magic attack power at 2 speed with 1 armour and 4 health and it also gets the Tank heal ability since its initial level, for which, it becomes a very useful card even at bronze level. Tank Heal - Each round, restores 1/3 of max health (rounded down) to the allied unit in the first position.
SILVER
When you upgrade this card to level 2, its stats get the same as of its previous level - 2 magic attack power at 2 speed with 1 armour and 4 health. But it does get a new ability called Shroud of Reflection Shield which is a brand new ability that was introduced with this card. Shroud of Reflection Shield - At the start of the battle, adjacent units gain Reflection Shield.
GOLD
As this monster gets upgraded to level 3, its stats get increased as it gets 2 magic attack power at 3 speed with 2 armour and 4 health and it also gets a new ability called Affliction. Affliction - 50% chance of applying affliction after a successful attack, the afflicted unit can't be healed.
DIAMOND / CHAMPION
Finally, when you upgrade this monster to its max level of 4, it receives further increased stats of 3 magic attack power at 3 speed with 2 armour and 4 health along with those 3 abilities that I mentioned above. Though it does not have any new abilities, its increased magic attack power will definitely help you take down enemy monsters faster.
Battle Link
BATTLE STAT
This time I received a large 56 mana limit match where there was only 1 element allowed to choose from - Earth. There were also 3 rulesets applied in this match as follows - Holy Protection (All monsters get divine shield ability), Heavy Metal (you can only summon armored units) and Aimless (all units with magic and ranged attacks have scattershot). Anyway, after looking at all the rules and limitations of this match, I started thinking about an effective strategy for this battle. After brainstorming a little, I decided to use a mix of melee and magic monsters to do the job and then started to build my lineup accordingly.
For this match, first of all, I chose the OG legendary dual element summoner Eternal Tofu and at the front position of my lineup, I selected the Grimbardun Smith followed by the Pallus, Fizro the Fabulous, Devil, Nalara Grinek and Lord Thanalor at the end position. Anyway, when both the lineups were revealed, I found out that my opponent had used the Legendary Dual element summoner Risqruel Drath and at his front position, he placed the Pelacor Mercenary followed by Drybone Raider, Gargoya Devil, Quillum Legionary, Rune Crafter and the Goblin Tower at the end position of his lineup.
As the battle started, all the backline monsters on both sides started attacking random enemy monsters because of their scattershot ability. Gladly, I got my first kill quickly at round 1 when my Blade took down the enemy Gargoya Devil followed by the enemy Drybone Raider’s attack upon my Fizro which broke down its armor because of the Shatter ability and also reduced its max health by 1 because of the Cripple ability. Then, sadly the Goblin Tower targeted it in the same round and killed it down with its high 6 ranged attack. But then in round 2, my Blade took revenge by killing down the enemy Goblin Tower by attacking it 2 times back to back, thanks to its Execute ability. After that, my Pallus took down the wounded Pelacor Mercenary and then, my blade knocked down the Drybone Raider with its melee attack at round 3. My Blade got bloodthirsty again and killed down the Quillum Legionary at round 4 while using the same Execute ability. At this point, the only monster alive on the opponent’s side was the Rune Crafter which was also taken care of quickly by my Devil again and thus, I won another awesome match and earned myself some more SPS and Glint tokens!
