Hello friends, today I am writing to you about a topic that is simple, but is of great value in our lives: food; This topic can be approached from many points of view, in this case I am going to focus on it as nutrition, in this way I can indicate that nutrition is responsible for many sensations and reactions in our body and our life.
In this sense, the reasons why we should pay special attention to food are the following:
First of all, all the cells and tissues in our body are formed from the food we eat.
Secondly, food is a source of energy necessary for the functioning of the body.
Third, food is an important part of the environment with which we interact.
And finally, food was created to be enjoyed, to be an integral part of the joy of living, and our feelings allow us to appreciate the quality, flavor and structure of the product eaten.
Sensations, memory, and all the other complex ways our body works are possible due to the fact that it has enzymes, hormones, genes, chemical bonds, neurotransmitters, and thousands of other miracles that occur in our bodies from food. what we eat; that's why nutrition is responsible for our reactions.
When a person does not eat well, and does not provide the body with the necessary nutrients, his body shows the signs of that, and the signs of disease begin. Nutrition also determines our state of mind towards life.
We must see food not only as responsible for building our body, but the source of all the energy that the body and our life needs.
Our body is an incredible masterpiece of biological design and engineering, it is not just a work of art that you can look at and admire; it is a whole symphony of constant movement, since it is not a frozen statue in one position, on the contrary it is a source of life in constant change.
All the changes that our body requires are conditioned to the nutrition that we give to the body through food, we must not eat for food, we must nourish our body. For this it is important that you know the nutritional value of foods well and that you include foods that give a great contribution to the body.
There is a very common phrase that I hear as a child, "belly full happy heart". If we analyze this phrase well, satiating hunger is not an indicator of nutrition, that is why nutrition is a conditioner of mood.
On the other hand, it is important that while eating, you put aside all worries and anxious thoughts. Take your time, eat slowly and with a happy heart, with a soul full of gratitude to God for all her blessings.
Life is measured by time and true joy arises both from the encounter with reality and from a patient attitude towards everything that life presents to us. If we take the time to discover what is good for us and strive to achieve it in practice, our reward will be overflowing energy and a long life.
Let's learn to eat, and give our body the nutrients so that we can react appropriately to all episodes of life.
