The Joshua Tree - Remembering U2

The Joshua Tree Tour by U2 was an epic event. Filmed and photographed in the Joshua Tree National forest it sparked my interest, yet I never have gone to the actual Joshua Tree. Inspired by close friend Roadside Rick we went in search of the secrete past of the Joshua Tree.

In this video we visit the Dinosaurs of Cabazon, eat at The Joshua Tree Saloon, climb some awesome rock mountains, and see some awesome landscapes. There is beauty as far as the eye can see.

Starting from the Los Angeles area we drove 2 hrs East to find a dessert that I did not know existed because I had never been there. It was incredible and I did not know this wonderful National Park was so close to me. Yet here it is just 2 hrs away.

The gorgeousness of this years dessert bloom is utterly fantastic and to put it in words is so tough. It is something you have to see for yourself. But be on the lookout for snakes. I almost stepped off a rock right on to one.
