En esta oportunidad quiero participar de esta edición de la iniciativa Energy Refill propuesta por nuestra amiga @tripode, en donde cada dos semanas nos propone una frase para que reflexionemos sobre ella. This phrase seemed interesting to me to participate since I identify with it. I consider myself a person who always tries to see the good side of things, even if they are not always. I try not to get carried away by bad times and I always look for the positive side of everything: I like to get a good teaching of everything I do.
 

Esta frase me pareció interesante para participar ya que me identifico con ella. Me considero una persona que siempre intenta verle el lado bueno a las cosas, aunque no siempre lo sean. Intento no dejarme llevar por los malos momentos y siempre le busco el lado positivo a todo: me gusta obtener una buena enseñanza de caa cosa que hago.

That is why we must try to see things from their best point of view. Even if the moments seem difficult or dead ends, there is always something good for us at the end of the road. And life is full of these situations in which we surely have to make the effort to see the good, but we must not give up in the face of difficulties.
 

Es por eso que debemos intentar ver las cosas desde su mejor punto de vista. Aunque los momentos parezcan difíciles o sin salida, siempre hay algo bueno para nosotros al final del camino. Y la vida está llena de estas situaciones en las que seguramente tengamos que hacer el esfuerzo de ver lo bueno, pero no debemos rendirnos ante las dificultades.

We can also apply this phrase to when we complain about some things that are actually a benefit that we have and that perhaps not everyone has. I mean when, for example, we deny having to go to work, when there are many people who do not have one and would very much wish to have one. So, my reflection with this is that in order to enjoy life we ​​should never forget to be grateful for what we have, because in everything "bad" there is always something good ❤️.
 

También esta frase la podemos aplicar para cuando nos quejamos de algunas cosas que en realidad son un beneficio que tenemos y que quizás no todos tienen. Me refiero a cuando por ejemplo renegamos de tener que ir al trabajo, cuando hay mucha gente que no tiene y desearía muchísimo tener uno. Entonces, mi reflexión con esto es que para poder disfrutar la vida nunca debemos olvidarnos de agradecer lo que tenemos, porque en todo lo "malo" siempre hay algo bueno ❤️.
