Mass indoctrination day 12 held on zoom 29/08/2023

I learnt that it is the work of GOD that a person would want to thrive from his day to day activities and to also make decisions to serve GOD.
Doing good starts with GOD and its is GOD who gives us the desire to want to do good always but of a truth a man has other desires such as having a spouse and do other material things but it is GOD who helps us to reposition our desires to seek him and it is the most important of all.
I learnt that the desires of men are earthly things.
I learnt that we should desire the things not of this earth but of the things above,the spiritual things and those spiritual things are the things which are eternal.
I learnt that on our generation,it doesn’t matter the tribe one may have come from but GOD has told us to seek him truly and that those who seek him,will find him because he is always close to those who seek him but far from those who don’t seek him.
I learnt that through the blood of JESUS CHRIST,we were drawn near to GOD.
I learnt that it is a good sign for GOD to lead us.
I learnt that for us to have a desire to learn the work and words of GOD,it is GOD’s doings.
I learnt that two things exist in this world amd they are the good side and evil’s side but we should do good at all times.
I learnt that the devil is the enemy of righteousness.
I learnt that we have four different types of heart according to the Bible and they are the wayside kind of heart,the rocky kind of heart, the thorny kind of heart and the good ground kind of heart.
I learnt that in the Bible what the word seed means is the word of GOD
Also what the word wayside means is the heart of men who heard the word of GOD but the word was stolen from them by the devil because of many distractions.
Those who are referred to as the wayside can be easily accessed by the devil
I learnt that the rocky ground means the heart that receives the word of GOD with joy but they don’t have a solid base to stand on and when temptation came,they fell.
I learnt that the thorns means those who received the word of GOD but are encompassed by ambitions and the lost the word of GOD in the process
I learnt that the good ground means the honest and good hearted people who heard the word,they kept it and they dwelled on the word of GOD and they bore good fruit.
I learnt that we should examine ourselves so that we would know the kind of heart we have.
I learnt that if we come to terms with GOD and repent from our old ways or sinful ways,our hearts can be turned from the wayside,rocky and thorny hearts to the good ground kind of heart.
I learnt that GOD can renovate our hearts from the evil kind of heart to the good kind of heart spiritually
