Dust can be called our invisible enemy. Because we cannot see that dust with the naked eye. These are the ones that do the most damage to our body.So it can be said that dust is very harmful for our health.

Dust causes immediate damage in some cases. For example, when dust enters through the nose, it immediately causes problems like sneezing and coughing. I am one of the victims. As soon as I went out on the street without a mask, I started sneezing when the dust reached my nose.

In the case of maximum people, this is not an immediate problem. This can often cause long-term problems.

Smaller sized dust is more dangerous to our health than larger sized dust. Because many times large sized dust cannot enter through our nose. So it doesn't affected us that much.

We know that when we breathe, air accumulates in the lungs. So when small dust enters our nose. These enter the lungs and infect the lungs. Usually causes immediate problems.

The degree of damage depends on the type of dust, size, density and how long the dust has lived. Even a small amount of dust can cause immediate problems. Such as eye irritation, cough, sneezing etc. can cause problems.

I used to see my mother sneezing and coughing a lot when she was sweeping the house or cleaning the house. Moreover, when a little dust enters my mother's nose, she sneezes for a long time.

Nowadays, I also sneeze constantly through my nose when I go to a little dust. I sneeze when I walk on the street without a mask. Besides, I have sinusitis problems.

One day a teacher at my university said that if it weren't for the invisible dust, we would be able to live longer than we do now. This invisible dust is deadly harmful to us. Moreover, it is most harmful for children and the elderly and those who have dust allergy problems.

Anyway, we will all try, to stay a little free from dust. To keep our surroundings clean and tidy.
