Shots from the sky | Big city life

As much as I dislike flying, at the same time I very much appreciate what all is up there and how everything looks from above. The sights from the sky are priceless and especially when there are lights involved, everything feels as it is supposed to be.
Except..I still dont like the fact that you are 40.000 feet above the ground and there is gravity involved. But hey..when you want to get somewhere you need to man up every now and then right?
What I also have noticed over the years is that flying in Europe is very uncomfortable and that has everything to do with how crowded the airspace is. The planes have to make quite rapid descents to not be in each others was and make a lot of steep turns towards the landing strips. Fair enough..this is almost always necessary to reduce airspeed, but it is not chill.
With that also..the most European flights are smaller which makes them more prone to turbulence. That is usually the thing that I dislike the most. Bigger places just feel a lot more comfortable but that also can just be in my head.
And often it takes a bigger distance to use a bigger plane so maybe that us why intercontinental flights freak me out less. Also in general there are more options to take the flight path with less storms and clouds and all of this helps getting a way smoother ride.
Yeah..get me a bigger plane and a window seat to see what is going on and I get a lot less stressed.
Can you guess by the landscape which big city this is? Hint...the airline logo might also give it away
