Exploring The Hidden Lake's of Catmon!

Hello Hivers! I @kaijen am back again with yet another blog! So this time I'm gonna talk about that time we explored some of Catmon's hidden gems! So sometime ago we decided to go out and have fun. And where else do you think would be the best place to go to if you want to have fun you may ask? Of course it'd be the mountains HAHA come on and let's go on a fun and thrilling adventure as we embark on a journey towards discovering Catmon's Lakes. Onwards!

We left from home early in the morning and arrived 35ish minutes after at a small town of Catmon. After we arrived we then had to go for another 10 minutes or so of barefoot walking until we arrived at one of our destinations which we then settled down to take a break. Also along the way we encountered some people which for some reason are cleaning the grass field maybe to make it look alot fresher maybe? Idk😂. We also took some stops as me and my friend were astonished by how beautiful it was here so we decided not to waste such a wonderful scene and took some pictures to remember.




While we took a rest for a little bit and had bits of snacks. I decided to explore the surrounding area and explore a little bit. I had the time of my life just going around places near the lake we were resting in. You can't really swim here as the water is not that high for a human being to swim here but you can hear the sounds of the birds, the wind as it passes you, and the sound of the water going down. It was such a nice spot to unwind and relax for a bit.


I also stumbled upon a sort of water system for the locals here at this place. And it seems that it's a drinkable one too so we had a little sip as we were pretty tired and full after we ate. It was really nice the water was so sweet and even to this day I can still remember its alluring smell that makes my throat dry just from the thought of it.


I forgot to mention earlier but that time I was with a friend of mine along with my teacher @callmesmile who happens to know his know-hows in terms of hiking and trekking were with us so we had no problems if we were to get lost and some other stuff were to happen. Or atleast that's what I thought . Just after we we're about to go even further towards the mountains because as you already saw the title of this blog is literally "EXPLORING THE HIDDEN LAKE'S OF CATMON" so it's only natural that this is not just the lake we are gonna be seeing furthermore in the blog. But as I was saying we we're already preparing to leave then suddenly we saw a local kid whose name was "Dominic" he showed us around the different lakes hidden, waiting for us to discover it.

I'm gonna talk more about this kid and how we just burst into laughter because we couldn't tell anymore where we were on the map possibly on the next blog as I am still having a hard time managing my time as always.
