TARISLAND LAUNCH, FIRST DAY PLAYING / THE GAME THAT WILL TAKE THE CROWN FROM WORLD OF WARCRAFT?

Hello community of gamers I hope everyone is very well, I did not want to miss the opportunity to tell you my experience in this game that has just been released and the truth is that I had been waiting for a long time since previously had commented that this game would be the one that would replace much to WOW as it offered a fairly extensive world and classes different enough to capture the attention of the players, additionally I understand that Tarisland was originated by the closure of wow in China (some time ago), so I decided to investigate a little about this game and share my personal opinion about it.
Servers errors, my experience being from Venezuela
Although Venezuela belongs to the Latam group (in the servers), our connection is much better for NA, at the moment of placing the country where you belong you are assigned directly to the latam servers, making it impossible to change servers directly (as in the case of diablo 2, which you can change server to the player's liking), so I had to send an email and make a complaint directly to the game (two complaints in total) to be able to change to NA, and even so I could not do it, since the only thing they do is to give you the option to choose another country (of origin) so that their system automatically puts you in another server (that is not Latam).
Here I had already started badly, since in the Latin American servers, the latency in Venezuela changes from 130 to 400 ms, which becomes a little complicated to play, even so I didn't let this affect me since I wanted to try the game and see how the gameplay was.
First impressions
Tarisland is a Android game and was adapted to PC, therefore, just open the game appears a cinematic which you can never remove, making it repeat over and over again until it lets you access the server (I did not like at all), maybe they wanted to copy the introduction that has wow at the time of logging in, however I was very annoyed that it was a cinematic where you narrate a story of two people talking (as giving the introduction to the game).
At the time of the opening LATAM servers were filled quite fast making there was a queue before entering, this I saw coming as I understand there were more than 5 million people who registered, making this was saturated, fortunately enabled other servers quickly.
When you enter you create the character and although you can not customize it as much as in wow, you can make very basic modifications of body, head, hairstyle and proportions, some genders are blocked and others are both.
You enter the game and you find the tutorial missions where little by little they teach you how to use your characters, where the section of their skills and playability to the story of the game (which is not as developed as in wow but enough to give you an idea of your context and you can understand what happens around you), leveling up is quite fast, from the tutorial missions until you reach the city you end up being around level 16, which is pretty good because you end up leveling up with optional missions and dungeons.
The movement of the character, was what bothered me the most, (open note: when testing the game I wanted to do it on both Android and PC, to see where I could see it more fluid and although it is a game that can be played on both devices, I could see a great improvement on PC despite having all the requirements on Android to play it properly), as it does NOT feel fluid at all and when dodging or doing dungeon mechanics the movement is a little difficult, so it makes me think that it is designed more for mobile device than PC, even so for PC has excellent performance.
The dungeons are 80% mechanics and 20% damage, maybe it would be a 50-50, but I will focus more on the mechanics as these are quite fun and interesting, and you can spend quite some time doing them before getting bored of them, however as I said in the above section, having so many mechanics you need good mobility and on PC I did not find it so easy or comfortable to move around the boss room eating a lot of damage of these, even so you can do the boss but with some difficulty of movement for a person who is not used to.
In general I think Tarisland is quite correct, it has complex but entertaining mechanics, diversity of characters as well as in its dps tanking and healing rolls. Another curious thing is that it has a level limit per day, in Tarisland the maximum level is 40, however, playing for a while I could reach a maximum of 20 with my first character, as the days go by this level limit will be unlocked. This is done so that no player is left behind and another thing quite curious is that to do all the content per day as well as achievements and professions would take you 2 to 3 hours playing, although I must say that it took me more since I got to climb several characters.
Is Tarisland the replacement for WOW?
Tarisland is very similar to wow in many ways from the perspective of its art and designs as well as in some sequences and parts of its story, as well as its classes and mechanics of dungeon bosses which at first glance are a copy of WOW in its mechanics, the game is just being born today but from what I have seen of the BETA and the first impressions of today I would say for sure NOT, Tarisland has its own gameplay I would say it is more linear in many ways than WOW, and although today I have only seen a little of this game, I can confirm that it will not replace wow, World of Warcraft as we know it has been leading mmorpg for a long time and a project like Tarisland (which in its own way is good) could not replace wow overnight (especially because of the new projects that are coming). Hola comunidad de gamers espero todos estén muy bien, no quería desaprovechar la oportunidad de comentarles mi experiencia en este juego que se acaba de lanzar y es que la verdad lo venia esperando desde hace mucho tiempo ya que anteriormente habían comentado que este juego seria el que reemplazaría por mucho a wow ya que ofrecía un mundo bastante extenso y unas clases lo bastante diferentes como para captar la atención de los jugadores, adicionalmente tengo entendido que Tarisland se originó por el cierre que hubo en China de wow (hace ya un tiempo), asi que decidí de investigar un poco sobre este juego y compartir de opinión personal sobre este.
Errores en los servidores, mi experiencia siendo de Venezuela
Aunque Venezuela pertenece al grupo de Latam (en los servidores), nuestra conexión es mucho mejor para NA, al momento de colocar el pais en que perteneces se te asigna directamente a los servidores de latam, haciendo que sea imposible cambiar de servidores directamente (como en el caso de diablo 2, que se puede cambiar de servidor al gusto del jugador), asi que mandar un correo y hacer una queja directamente por el juego (dos quejas en total) para poder cambiar a NA, y aun asi no pude hacerlo, ya que lo unico que hacen es darte la opción de elegir otro pais (de origen) para que su sistema te ponga automáticamente en otro servidor (que no sea de Latam).
Aquí ya había empezado mal, ya que en los servidores de latam, la latencia en Venezuela cambia de 130 a 400 ms, lo cual se vuelve un poco complicado jugar, aun asi no deje que esto me afectara ya que quería probar el juego y ver como era su jugabilidad.
Primeras impresiones
Tarisland es un juego que es de Android y se adaptó a PC, por lo tanto, apenas abrir el juego aparece una cinematica la cual nunca puedes quitar, haciendo oque se repita una y otra vez hasta que te deja acceder al servidor (no me gusto para nada), quizás quisieron copiar la introducción que tiene wow al momento de logearse sin embargo me molesto mucho que fuera una cinematica donde te narra una historia de dos personas hablando (como dando la introducción al juego).
En el momento de la apertura los servidores de LATAM se llenaron bastante rápido haciendo que hubiera cola antes de entrar, esto ya me lo veía venir ya que según tengo entendido hubieron mas de 5 millones de personas que se registraron, haciendo que esto se saturara, afortunadamente habilitaron otros servidores rápidamente.
Al entrar creas el personaje y aunque no se puede personalizar tanto como en wow, deja hacer modificaciones muy básicas de cuerpo, cabeza, peinado y proporciones, algunos géneros están bloqueados y otros están ambos.
Entras al juego y te encuentras con las misiones tutoriales donde poco a poco te van enseñando como usar tus personajes, donde el apartado de sus habildiades y jugabildiad hasta la historia del juego (la cual no esta tan desarrollada como en wow PERO lo suficiente como para que te des una idea de tu contexto y puedas entender lo que pasa a tu alrededor), subir de nivel es bastante rapido, desde las misiones tutoriales hasta que llegas a la ciudad terminas siendo alrededor de nivel 16, lo cual esta bastante bien ya que termians subiendo de nivel con misiones opcionales y mazmorras.
El movimiento del personaje, fue lo que más me molesto, (abro nota: al probar el juego quise hacerlo tanto en Android y en PC, para ver donde lo podía ver más fluido y a pesar de que es un juego que se puede jugar en ambos dispositivos, pude ver una gran mejoría en PC a pesar de tener todos los requisitos en Android para jugarlo correctamente), ya que NO se siente para nada fluido y al momento de esquivar o hacer mecánicas de mazmorra se dificultad un poco el movimiento, por eso me hace pensar que está diseñado más para dispositivo móvil que para PC, aun asi para PC tiene un excelente rendimiento.
Las mazmorras son 80% mecánicas y 20% daño, quizás sería un 50-50 , pero me enfocare más en las mecánicas ya que estas son bastante divertidas e interesantes, pudiendo pasar bastante tiempo haciéndolas antes de aburrirte de ellas sin embargo como les comente en el apartado de arriba, al tener tantas mecánicas se necesita una buena movilidad y en PC no me resulto tan sencillo ni cómodo moverme por la sala del jefe comiéndome mucho daño de estos, aun asi se puede hacer el jefe pero con cierta dificultad de movimiento para una persona que no está acostumbrada.
A nivel general me parece que Tarisland está bastante correcto, tiene mecánicas complejas pero entretenidas, diversidad de personajes asi como tambien en sus roll de dps tanke y curación. Otra cosa bastante curiosidad es que tiene límite de nivel por día, en Tarisland el máximo de nivel es 40, sin embargo, jugando un buen rato pude llegar a un máximo de 20 con mi primer personaje, al pasar los días se va a ir desbloqueando este límite de nivel. Esto lo hacen para que ningún jugador se quede rezagado y otra de las cosas bastante curiosidad es que para hacer todo el contenido al día asi como tambien logros y profesiones te tomaría de 2 a 3 horas jugando, aunque debo decir que a mí me tomo más ya que me puse a subir varios personajes.
¿Es Tarisland el reemplazo de WOW?
Tarisland se asemeja mucho a WOW en muchos sentidos desde la perspectiva de su arte y diseños como tambien en algunas secuencias y partes de su historia, asi como tambien sus clases y mecánicas de jefes mazmorras los cuales a simple vista son una copia de WOW en sus mecánicas, el juego esta apenas naciendo hoy pero por lo que he visto de la BETA y las primeras impresiones del día de hoy diría con toda seguridad que NO, Tarisland tiene su propia forma juego diría que es más Lineal en muchos sentidos que wow, y aunque hoy solo he visto un poco de este juego, puedo confirmar que no reemplazara a wow, World of Warcraft como lo conocemos lleva mucho liderando lo que es un mmorpg y un proyecto como Tarisland (el cual en su forma es bueno) no podría reemplazar a wow de la noche a la mañana (sobre todo por los nuevos proyectos que se vienen).
