How to Make Your Own ALLERGY Roller Bottle Using Essential Oils.

 
Allergy season is here already and my husband is not too happy about it.

I decided to make him Allergy roller bottle using doTERRA's essential oils, so that he can apply it on the bottom of his feet and on the temples and his chest.

I would like him to take it with him to work and use it throughout the day, but you know how guys are; if I don't put it on him, he will not do it himself, so I can only apply it on him in the morning and evening.

I used a small 5ml roller bottle and I added 6 drops of each oils: lavender, peppermint and lemon which are the original oils for allergies. But I also added 3 drops of eucalyptus and rosemary which are great oils for the respiratory system.
 

I also diffuse 3 drops of the 3 oils on my diffuser and sometimes I will also add a drop of eucalyptus and rosemary.
