KINTSUGI - My latest NFT and some great NEWS!

One of the things I love about abstract art is that even when you are not feeling your best, you can still express that in a creative way. The other day I did not have the best day and I spent too much time thinking about the past, things that have happened and it all made me really sad. I dont like being in that mood, so I decided to take the mood and turn it into something uplifting by starting to sketch.
Years ago I learnt about the art of Kintsugi, which is an art in pottery where they highlight imperfections, cracks or breaks with powdered gold. The end results are really beautiful. I always thought that this was such a lovely way of giving something old new life and I also liked the analogy behind it all when we associate it with our lives as human beings. So, the piece I did is called "Kintsugi".
My piece took a fair amount of time, but I really like the way it turned out. What do you think? I have not minted it yet, I was actually trying to decide where to mint it. Yesterday I also got some really awesome news, because I was accepted and invited to become a creator on Foundation.app so I am REALLY excited!
I might mint it there, but first I need to see what it is all about and how it works! Wish me luck! There is a lot to learn and I am really excited to get stuck into it! When I eventually decide where to mint it and have done that, I will share that with all of you here. I was actually thinking about doing an update post, sharing all the things I have minted so far, I will see!
Thanks for visiting!
See you again soon!
