First time order was not so good as expected

Many things have been developed in the last few decades, thanks to technological advancement, which is continuously trying to make our lives easier. Almost in every case, we can see the touch of developed technology.

Naturally, we need to go outside of home if we want to buy something. Some people love to go outside, and they love to enjoy some time outside while buying something, but everyone is not the same. Some people love to stay inside homes, and they want to get everything from home. I don't appreciate them all the time, but sometimes it's also good because everything has its advantages and disadvantages. So I'm not going to discuss the topic today. In recent times, we can buy anything online just by making some clicks on our devices.

The e-commerce platform is getting popular because now people want to buy things from different places, even those things that are not available in the local place. In fact, we can buy things from different countries, and more interestingly, there are many offers available that can easily catch anyone's attention.

In my country, there are many e-commerce platforms, but very few are trusted. Among them, some show one product online but send the different product, and such kind of incidents occur on a regular basis, and that's why most of the people still prefer to buy things going to the shopping complex or market. I am one of them who doesn't love to buy anything online, and there are many reasons behind it. The main reason is I can't trust any e-commerce platform fully, and I try to avoid it all the time.

If I can remember correctly then, only one time I bought three products from an e-commerce platform, and it was for an offer. The offer was quite good because, only using $5 I had the opportunity to get a pen drive, earbuds, and a watch. Honestly, each component would cost me more than $5, but I was getting 3 just using $5, which was really hard to resist. The good thing was I needed to pay after receiving the delivery. It was worthy to take the risk, and I have taken it without any hesitation. The pen drive was decent, and it's still serving me quite well. The design is also good. The stainless steel watch was also pretty good, and I use the watch on a regular basis at the current time, and I think I have taken the right decision by picking the watch with low prices. But I was disappointed with earbuds.

I needed earbuds badly, and the design I selected was very cool, even though I was getting it at a cheap price. Unfortunately, I was delivered a different design of earbuds, and it was not a good design in my eyes, and that ruined my mood when I opened the parcel. Instead of it, I decided to use it, but it is unfortunate that one of the earbuds was not working, and that made me sad. I immediately contacted the company sending the details, and they promised me to refund my money after they verified everything after receiving the product again. One of the stuff of the e-commerce company received the product in front of my building, and within 3 days they refunded my money in my online account. It's good that I get my money back, but I think it would be better if the earbuds were working because I knew the offer was not available anymore to rebuy it at a cheap price. So it was a very bad product. I expected the good thing, but I received the bad product in that case.

Still, I am satisfied because the remaining products are quite fine till now.
