Warm greetings to Afri-tunes family,and happy new month to you all, I welcome everyone to another week of Afri-tunes (week 65), where we appreciate African musician and their songs.

This week I decided to go for ''Joromi'' by Simi not because it was recommended, I personally have interest in this song which has been on my playlist since ever.

The story of a naive girl,who secretly admired and fell in love with a stranger (hot guy every girl would want to be theirs), made all effort to get him

This is for the ladies; not everytime you expect a guy you are crushing to come ask you out, try and shoot your shot, don't feel pompous.

From the story, even though the girl was young and naive,she fell in love with the guy, but instead of expecting the guy to come as her out ,she thought it might never happen and decided to go first.

Most girls believe it's the duty of men to come ask them out, lots of girls had lost it by keeping mute where they're supposed to make a move, don't make it the duty of men to make the first move.

We have heard stories of ladies that shoot their shot at men on social media and eventually end up getting married, love is not about who made the first move because some girls see it as being cheap. Even though some guys take advantage of that truly,it should not stop you from going for what you like.
