Denise loves her workplace. It is a place where she know there is psychological safety where she will not be reprimanded unnecessarily for sharing her ideas. There is also no restriction on correcting others as long as it is for the right reason. There is nothing about the boss is always right here. It is a place where open communication is encouraged and lack of conventional supervisor employee tension.

Such a work environment allows Denise to be engaged in her work and establish strong working relations with her peers and supervisors. It fosters a positive work environment and it make the people feel energized and want to come to work every morning instead of grinding the daily mill like most other workers.

When being asked if an opportunity with promotion for Denise to work in another company, Denise rejected immediately as she do not want to leave such an engaged company where everyone is performing for the good of the company.
