In a week long conservation seminar held by the government, various subject matter experts in the field are being asked to share keynote presentations.

Today is professor Daniel's turn to speak and he shared on how carbon moved from one matter to another as it goes through a cycle. He shared on how carbon is found in every living thing and how it was transferred from one form to another form. Every matter that is consumed, the carbon gets transferred. The meat we eat, the energy we burn, everything is linked to carbon.

He shared on how human have been extracting more carbon from various sources and its time to put them back where they belong and not stretch earth resources anymore that it hurts earth balance as a whole.

Energy needs to be conserved, natural resources as well. Hence adopting greener methods and harnessing natural resources that are non extracted is important. Waste reduction and also finding ways to restore/recover the carbon in waste is crucial as well as it affects all carbon lifeform. He had a strong call towards the attendees to focus on conservation and reduce further extraction. After he made the call, he had a standing ovation from the attendees.
