Is Palnet still active?

Well I've been going around lately testing and trying some of the frontend and competing blogs to see which is still active so far this is the 5th one am looking into and believe me if it's worth is I'll put my time here.

Leave a comment if your willing to do the same thing and should incase this crossposted on hive am very sorry about that as I am just someone exploring and playing around to know what I'll post about.
