Thanks for sharing your mushrooms and the name that people call them in your area! I know them as Schizophyllum commune or the Splitgill Mushroom. This one species grows all over the world. Here in North America, most books say it's not edible. But I enjoy eating it. I roast it with onions, tomatoes, and peppers. I'd be interested in how people in your area cook it. Do they steam it?
