It's been a month since I shared with you guys about my internship, and here I am already finished with it! During my internship, I learned a lot, especially about troubleshooting, which really helped my problem-solving skills. https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/graxaa/EoEqbbmebJ7yc7Tc4f3dxzT2NWcmoNjDv4gFJ3BEMWHrmfWzukTaFBTARvkNa85zVJY.jpg My internship lasted the whole month, which is why I did not post anything here on peakD, and I am still thinking and making my blog bit by bit so that you guys will know the outcome of my internship since I already introduced it to you on the first week. I really learned a lot, especially from my mentor, whom I really admire, sir. Ryan for teaching me everything he knew because he was an IT graduate and they already put their trust in him. sir. Ryan when it comes to troubleshooting and everything. We changed our shift to 8 p.m.–5 a.m. Since it is the shift where a lot of agents come, we have a lot of work during that shift. A lot of projects were handed in, especially the Handbook we made, which is the "Basic Troubleshooting Guide." The main topic of that handbook is how to troubleshoot a problem when your issue is the internet. We searched and browsed everything on the internet, but we were careful to put credible information in the book so that even a simple person would understand the topic imprinted on the handbook. Also, we made their seat plan that connected to their main switch, which was solved by me, as well as the final floor plan for them. My supervisor and Sir Ryan were really impressed with my skills, and I appreciated them when I read the comment on my evaluation since they mentioned what skills I really excel at and want to improve. https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/graxaa/23tmSPiJjv3V8MpvndZpmX213A6dLSzn1sAe7HT3v9WeT1CNVJzarPhiGaYhkaHZv2cRJ.jpg

This is the front page of the handbook. I am proud of this project because I put a lot of work into it.

Back then, I was shy since I didn't really know a lot of people. Sometimes I went by myself just to talk with others to improve my intrapersonal skills and also my communication skills so that I could apply them quickly in the real world since I only had one last semester. A lot of my skills have improved since I talked to a lot of people. Meeting new people makes me happy since they share something with me, and now they can rely on me when something is wrong with their computer.

This is Ma'am Kriszel; she is one of the HR people at the company. She is a nice and funny person, and she always shares her meals with us!

Also, I know that, sir. Ryan relies on my work since when someone goes and talks about the problem, he calls my name and tells me to fix it without his vision or his guide. There was one time that he didn't know what the solution was for a specific problem, and I taught him what he would do, and he agreed and commended me for that since I taught him something new. He was also the one who told me that when I decided to come back to the company, he would be the one who would back me in one of the operations manager supervisory positions since he already knew that I had good skills for both hardware and software troubleshooting. I remember that they asked me if I wanted to work with the company, and I already said yes since the company was at the peak of its growth and it was a good opportunity to bloom also, but they knew that I was a student, and I think they want a graduated or not student one. I already talked to my supervisor, Ms. Phay, and she said that I can apply after I graduate if there's an opening for the said position, but then she also added a suggestion that even if there is no slot, I can still apply and be an agent for a while and make my letter of internet, and he will manage my application to be one of the Service Level Technicians on the CXI. I thanked her for everything because she taught me a lot when it comes to the work environment, and I will gladly apply it since I already made up my mind to be an SLT agent.

This is my supervisor's comment on my evaluation, and I was very happy with this comment and really appreciated it.

For our last day, we decided to give them a gift from all of us interns as a show of gratitude since they accepted us into their company and trusted us. We decided to have them a bilao of "Pancit Malabon." My mother was the one who cooked the food since cooking that specific meal is her specialty, and I was also the one who brought the food. We share it with them and also with the HR department, which accepts and manages our allowances. They commended my mother's food since it was delicious and said that someday they will order it for us when they have a meeting so that they will not have to spend more money on food. I know it is kind of cheap, but still, the quality of our food will really satisfy your stomach!

Our last day with Ma'am Nikki, Ma'am Choks, and Sir Fred.
I considered CXI my training ground. Even for a short period of time, the experience made me realize and point out what path I really wanted. Since I always see myself as a computer engineer and already focus on fixing and troubleshooting hardware equipment,
