Dancing Out Stress at Church馃榿馃榿馃榿馃榿馃榿馃榿馃榿 // My Actifit Report Card: March 6 2021

Today's service was wonderful, we had a praise program for four days and today happens to be the third day, we danced out pains, sickness, arthritis and a whole lots of disease, it may look funny but we had a nice time in the presence of our creator and by faith we believed that we are healed just by dancing and praising God馃榿馃榿馃榿馃榿馃榿馃榿馃榿馃榿.
Dancing is a part of exercise so I never took it for granted, at any slightest chance I have I dance to the fullest, shaking everything in me, my legs, hands, body etc.
You don't need to be a good dancer before you dance, the little steps and moves you have is ok, its OK to make things take shape in your life.
