The ALPS Mountaineering Lynx 4-Person Tent is a four-season tent designed specifically for winter. It is made of polyester 75D 185T and has a 5000 mm coating, making it resistant to UV rays. It has two doors, each with a mosquito net, and two vestibules, one in the front and one in the back. The tent poles are 7075 series aluminum, and the tent comes with 6 black ropes to tie the outside of the tent and a mosquito net to hang things from the ceiling. The tent is extra large for the #8 zipper and the outer canvas is orange. The floor is well insulated and it is recommended to have a footprint for extra protection.
 

The tent is very practical for storing equipment overnight and the 7075 series aluminum poles are hard enough to not break in intense cold. The outer canvas is waterproof and the interior fabric and mesh window provide good ventilation. The tent is 15 feet long and 4 feet wide, and the vestibules provide a cold trap for storing equipment and cooking.
