It's a jazz standards album. Baker was a well-known singing trumpeter in the cool jazz line, heavily influenced by Miles Davis. This album is a gem to listen to at any time; Chet Baker's voice is beautiful. Personally, I love this album, and among the male versions of jazz standards, it's one of my favorites.
