A Talk With Our Own Self..!!

Have you people ever spent a day talking to yourself?

On asking me, I'll say yes. I give time to myself. I take a break from life,(the break can be quiet short, maybe for a day or two). And then, I try to understand my inner state of mind. And believe me, it is quite necessary for all of us to know what really makes us happy, sad, enthusiastic, joyful, excited, nervous, conscious and fearful.

In our busy lives, we get so engrossed in our work and responsibilities that we forget to keep ourselves happy and also our key to happiness gets lost. We get so indulged caring for others, fulfilling their demands, and keeping them happy. Keeping others happy and cheerful is good but side by side a person should care for himself too.

Otherwise, after a while, he'll find himself stuck in the emotions of irritation, will get pissed off easily, will start feeling low, and disappointed. He will surely break down on a very serious note. In order to avoid such kind of problems, he needs to remain alert from the beginning. Because afterward, it obviously gets better with our efforts but it then consumes a lot of time of our precious life.

And we all know that in today's era time is running like anything. Time is the most valuable thing of all. If you people see yourself or everything in your surroundings all messed up, I will suggest you all to take a break from your life and talk to your inner self. Talk about where life is taking you, whether you are going in the right direction or not.
 
You may be flowing with the flow, without a stop, making up your mind that the things will work out like this only. And there you go wrong. This is the reason your own happiness is as necessary as others. In order to attain a successful life, we need a calm and a fresh mind. And that can be attained through the happiness and keeping ourselves stress-free in spite of the hardships of life.

A fresh state of mind can also be achieved through some good exercises like yoga and meditation. I mentioned this in my earlier post too. This is all I wanted to share with you all today.
