Hello everyone, how are you doing?
I am really keen on staying fit because I do not like being fat, it seems like the ultimate definition for laziness. In view of this, I do whatever I can to stay on my feet and stay fit.
I started out with daily exercise, few push ups, press up, sit up and I stretched my legs a little. Along the line, the gym seems to be a common advice from friends and for but my problem with the gym was the special diet, pills and I really wasn't doing so well with that. So I knew I had to stop and figure out a new way to stay fit. So, I opted in for my department's football team, we train and play at least once a week. I also grew a habit of taking a walk most of the time, because I heard walking is also an exercise, so anywhere I go, I trek at length. It's been fun for me because I love playing football and at the same time it keeps me fit. I'm not in it for the 6packs or anything special, just for the healthy advantage I get from it. When people ask me if I would like to get fat, I just smile and say not in this life I won't.
So, basically my stay fit routine is walking, playing football, training, jogging. One thing I have learnt from staying fit is the consistency involved, the major work is the consistency, without it nothing works. You start to see results when you are consistent with your workout, and I'm grateful that I am able to be consistent to what I am doing because it means a lot to me. That is one of the reasons why I picked a convenient, fun having, and an exercise I cherish. So, I would have fun while doing the hard work.

Thank you for your time.
