How to make a voodoo doll

Gather the following materials:

• A small doll or figurine made of cloth, wood, or clay
• A piece of red thread or yarn
• A small bag of herbs (such as chamomile, lavender, or patchouli)
• A drop of your own blood (optional)

Sealing the Doll

Take the doll and wrap the red thread around it, tying a knot to seal your intention. Place the herbs in the small bag and attach it to the doll.

Activation

To activate the doll, you can prick your finger and drop a small amount of blood onto the doll. This is optional and should only be done if you feel comfortable doing so.
