Hive: Solid Internals will Produce Results
0 comments
Things have been going on pretty smoothly on the Hive chain of late. So much so that we tend to overlook the sheer amount of work that goes into the internal workings of the chain. From the work done by devs in maintaining the various sites and apps all the way to the new developments, features and additions introduced on a regular basis.
We have also witnessed some stability with recent price action as Hive is one of the better performing cryptos out there since the crash in crypto prices. Without reading too much into what that means, solid price actions are often good signs of a trustworthy project that investors view with a long term lens.
Our major second layer tokens are also going on quite strongly. While leofinance may be suffering a hitch in terms of the value of its leo token, it has certainly made developmental strides that instills a lot of confidence long term.
We Want to See Hive Flourish
I'll say that Hive has a lot of good things working in its favor at this point, but let's face it, the majority of the active community is eager for results. We want to see Hive flourish, that is why you see comparisons with big wigs like Twitter and Youtube or bold statements like we being the next big things even when the results are not visible.
The question on everyone's lips is how long we have to wait till that day? I don't have the answer to that, but I state with a fair degree of certainty that we appear to be on track the way things are going. I say so because it is becoming more obvious that Hive isn't a mere pump and dump token and while it may take a while, invariably it will catch the attention of the crypto World with solid internal workings.
Take for instance with improved user experience we will be able to attract and retain those we can attract. One thing I would love to see in the future is an easier onboarding process, but I think the second layer tokens, leofinance and splinterlands are already leading the charge in that regard.
Conclusion
I reckon things will be very different a year from now. On the development front you can almost predict more strides but I also predict that we'll see a lot more users in the coming year, based off the success of Hive and its second layer tokens. Time will tell.
