Show your talent contest: My untapped potential

I kept wondering what my talent could be. I have never dedicated my time to something different from writing. Few years back, in my secondary school,I had tried drawing some things and got discouraged. Ever since then, I stopped drawing or doing anything at all until three months back when I joined hive. I have strictly given most of my time in developing myself to writing. I can say writing is my talent, I do this so freely with less time to think. I wasn't half as good as I am today, hive has helped me greatly in building my writing skill and this credit goes to @theinkwell community. Though am yet to be good with use of words and giving a character specific role but I know of a truth that I have advanced in writing from how I was few days or month ago.

Though writing is the area I give much attention,I decided to try something I have abandoned few years ago, which is drawing. I saved a photo from facebook and decided to try out something new I call "untapped potential". This is because, the ability or talent is there but I have kept it buried without working on it. This again Is my another talent which I hope to build on again.
The drawing is a pencil work. I used a hard charcoal to shade the face and a darker pencil for the hair. The work is still in progress but I have decided to share it for this "show your talent contest" due to the duration of the contest.

I strongly believe , within everyone is a potential that is longing to be released. Am not yet perfect but am moving toward perfection.
