Recipe for my favourite food: Albondigas in sauce
Ingredients

1/2 kg minced meat
1 egg
50g breadcrumbs
1 garlic clove
100ml milk
extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Parsley
For the sauce:
2 onions
1 carrot
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon flour
1 glass of white wine
extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Preparation of the recipe of meatballs in the sauce:
Soak the breadcrumbs in the milk.
To make the meatballs, finely chop the garlic and put it in a bowl. Stir in the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs soaked in milk, a little chopped parsley and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well.
Take small portions of dough and give them rounded meatball shape.
Flour and fry in a frying pan with plenty of oil. Remove from heat and set aside.
To make the sauce, finely chop the onions, carrot and garlic. Re-chop the vegetables in a frying pan with a little oil until they catch colour. Season, add flour and briefly re-choe. Pour in the wine and, if necessary, some water or broth. Cook the sauce for 20-25 minutes over low heat.
Pass the vegetables through the raisin, place the sauce in a casserole and put the meatballs in.
Cook the meatballs with the vegetable sauce over a gentle heat for about 10 minutes
