Seaking Card From Pokemon's Terastal Festival

Hi there. In this Pokemon TCG review post I cover the Seaking card reveal from the upcoming Terastal Festival. This Terastal Festival set to be released in Japan is very hyped as it is based on Eevee.
From Pokebeach this Seaking card has been revealed.
Seaking Card
Seaking is the evolved form of Goldeen. This Seaking is a Stage 1 Water Pokemon with 110 HP. It has the Festival Lead ability which allows you to attack twice in one turn if the Stadium card Festival Grounds is in play.
Seaking's attack requires one Colourless Energy to do 60 damage and draw 2 cards. This attack is quite good given that it costs one Colourless Energy and you draw more cards.
Pros
- Being able to attack twice with Festival Grounds stadium in play
- Good attack given its cost
Cons
- Not enough damage for one hit knockout power.
- Weak to Electric Pokemon. Watch out for Iron Hands ex!
I want to like this Seaking card and the whole Festival Grounds archetype. Being able to attack twice in one turn is a unique feature and advantage in Festival decks. The damage output from the attacks like this Seaking and the Dipplin is low though.
One possible combo to test out is the Festival attackers with Dusknoir. Dusknoir helps place damage counters before an attack at the cost of giving your opponent a Prize card after its sacrifice ability.
However the opponent may play a Dusknoir heavy build and target your own attackers with 130 HP or less. I don't see this Seaking bring a major buff to Festival decks.
