My Hubby's 46th Birthday

According to Amit Kalantri" A birth date is a reminder to celebrate life as well as to update life. Therefore every birthday must be celebrated and this is one practice I've learned from my father which is to celebrate birthdays and invite our loved ones or members of the family. Aside from that family gatherings during special occasions or even no occasion and spending time with each other is important to build memories to cherish while we are still alive. When we're gone what will remain are the sweet and happy memories to reminisce. So let's have time with each other. As time passed it could no longer regain and come back.

Last week was my partner's 46th birthday. During his birthday, we prepared cake and tinulang manok. For his cake, I bought it at Dela Rama's Cakeshop. This cake shop is one of the most familiar cake shops in town. They sell all kinds of baked products such as cakes, cookies, sweets, pastries, salads, and other delicacies.

We never invited our closest family during his day because we hadn't had a preparation and it was a working day, thus we made it on the following day, and that day was last Saturday. I cooked Kalderita, black chicken,humba, shrimp, and bam-e, shrimp, and had a video k singing. I invited my brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and my brother and sister-in-law. We did this so that we have time together. We're a very busy people but despite that, we must extend our time for our family to have bonding each other while we are still alive in this world.

After the death of my father, I had a lot of realization in life. One of these realizations is to value our family or our loved ones. If we value them we must spare time with them. If possible we must have a good relay with each other, especially our parents. We must show love and care to them while they are still with us for life is so short.

With our simple preparation, we enjoyed our lunch and dinner at the same time the video K singing to release our stress and worries and have time to relax for some time after a week of work.

Thankful for the 46th year of my hubby. Wishing him good health and more blessings to come.
