Giving Life To My Imaginative Homes in SIMS 4

SIMS is a video game that shows how you may control your characters on a regular basis. It improves your time management and habits. It also reflects on how you care for yourself and how you want to reach your goals progressively. They feature a story mode if you are hesitant and want to follow a storyline. What makes it exciting is that you can have pets and practice your fur parenting skills; you may encounter vampires or others with qualities to be aware of.
This base game is free if you have a Steam account, as I do. I purchased mods to unlock a few worlds to play with, but it is all up to you. If you enjoy the base game, you will undoubtedly appreciate the complete package.
What I'll show you today are my favorite builds: a modern house, a two-story apartment, and the interior of a city living condo. All of the ideas are inspired by what I've seen over the years and enhanced with my own preferences in furnishings and important spots. I encourage you to leave comments or opinions on each design so I can enhance my skills in building and designing.
Modern House
I designed this house without stairs to illustrate how gorgeous a house can be without them. I made the most of the wide lot and even added a pool. Raise your hand if you envision a pool area for your future home.
The living area is incredibly simple, and I love how the grand piano complements it well.
I have two bedrooms. They face the pool area, opposite each other. Isn't nice?
The kitchen area is not particularly big, but I appreciate how visually appealing it is due to its neatness. As you can see, I have alfresco dining because I want my sims to have access to nature rather than being limited to eating on counter tops.
The garage is where I put the laundry and converted it into storage space. Sorry if it's a little dusty; my Sims' helper is not yet on duty. Lol.
Two-storey apartment (with three designs to choose from)
This is how they seem. I'm still thinking about landscaping design because it's not my forte, but I'm hoping to find the courage to get started soon. As you may have observed, I built a terrace in each unit to provide a common area for guests.
The first design is for a beautiful wood living. It creates a pleasant and classy atmosphere in the space. I make the most of the available space while also making spaces useful.
The second design is for unfinished concrete, also referred to as raw concrete. I love how it complements the wood flooring and steel furniture. I also added glass furniture to make it more elegant and elevate the look.
I add spice to the oasis design in my third apartment. I used colorful and trendy tiles, as well as traditional windows, to create a comfortable aesthetic that gives the apartment a vacation vibe. Perhaps the tenant sim will fill the apartment with their own style.
In addition, to complete the apartment design, I built a separate space for a healthier lifestyle and a library for book lovers. This establishment's objective is to provide comfort that is appropriate for their lifestyle while also emphasizing holistic health.
Condo in the city
I challenged myself and expressed what I want if I get my own condo apartment in the metro. I want my interior to be simple, modern, and industrial. It is a little complicated at first, but see what I accomplished.
My sim lives alone, therefore I created a living place that can accommodate a limited number of guests. I didn't put a television in the area because news is available online.
This is my kitchen, and I have very specific specifications for the bar style counter. I created a division of a pathway with windows for seeing the people approaching. I added a little screen to give the place the appearance of smart technology. (I know, who would have thought that?)
My organized and neat bedroom. I love how high the ceilings are, so I make the most of the walls by adding lights and decorations.
I fell in love with my toilet and bathroom. It reminds me of a sauna, which relaxes the eyes. It can still be improved, but my eyes say, "I can stay there forever". Lol.
What about you? If you are going to create your own home, what style will you choose? Do you want a big or small house? Let me know in the comment section. I hope I presented my projects well, and I hope you enjoy! Happy reading, hivers! 😎
