@officialiliabeauty This eyeshadow is completely smudge-proof and so good. These are Ilia's new Liquid Powder Matte Eye Tints, and she needs to put them on her eyes right now. They blend like a dream and are perfect for a quick 5-minute eyeshadow look. She applies it heavily for intense color, using it as a liner. When she rubs her eye, these blend like a cream, dry like a powder, and last all day. She cannot recommend them enough!
