Comparing coffees [Eng-Esp]

Greetings friends of Hive, especially to the coffee community. I was absent for a few days but we are back again. On this occasion I want to share with you the name of my favorite coffee. It is called "Amanecer", of many brands of coffee that I have tried in my country, Venezuela, this is the one that I have liked the most; added to the fact that it is also economical and has a good flavor and aroma.
 

Saludos amigos de Hive, en especial a la comunidad del café. Estuve ausente algunos días pero estamos de vuelta nuevamente. En esta ocasión quiero compartir con ustedes el nombre de mi café preferido. Se llama "Amanecer", de muchas marcas de café que he probado en mi país, Venezuela, este es el que mas me ha gustado; sumado a que también es económico y tiene un buen sabor y aroma.

Today I woke up without my "Amanecer" coffee, so I went to the market to buy it, I was a little late so I didn't get to prepare it because I had to do other things at home. Then I had to take the kids to school and I didn't have time to prepare the coffee, so before I went to school to take the kids, I asked my husband to prepare it for me and have it ready for when I got home.

It turns out that when he got home he still hadn't made the coffee, I guess he missed it, but that's not the point. When I got home, I found a coffee packet on the table, but it was in a different package than the one I usually buy. It turns out that a neighbor had brought it to me as a gift.

 
 

El día de hoy amanecí sin mi café "Amanecer", así que fui al mercado a comprarlo, se me hizo un poco tarde por lo que no alcance a prepararlo ya que tuve que hacer y ocuparme en otras cosas del hogar. Luego tuve que llevar a los niños al colegio y no me dio tiempo de prepárame el café así que antes de irme al colegio a llevar a los niños, le pedí el favor a mi esposo que me lo preparara y me lo tuviera listo para cuando yo llegara.

Resulta que cuando llego a casa aun no había preparado el café, creo que se le pasó por alto, pero el punto no es ese. Cuando llego a casa en la mesa encuentro una papeleta de café, pero diferente empaque al que acostumbro comprar. Resulta que una vecina me lo había traído de regalo.

 

So I came up with the idea of preparing and testing this coffee to see if it was good. But not only that, I also wanted to prepare my sunrise coffee and compare the two kinds of coffee.

Así que se me ocurrió la idea, de preparar y probar este café para ver si era bueno. Pero no solo eso, también quise preparar mi café amanecer y comparar las dos clases de café.

I invite you to join me to get to know and prepare this new coffee called "La Coromoto".

The first thing we are going to do is take a look at its exterior. The presentation is very good, the colors stand out and are eye-catching so I have no complaints about the packaging, I really liked it.

Les invito a que me acompañen a conocer y preparar este nuevo café llamado "La Coromoto".

Lo primero que vamos hacer es echarle un vistazo en su exterior. La presentación esta muy buena los colores resaltan y son llamativos así que no tengo quejas del empaque me gustó mucho.

After having seen it, I was anxious to open it, I wanted to see its color and smell its aroma more closely, since a good coffee is distinguished by its aroma. The first thing we do when we go to the market to buy coffee is to smell its aroma.

Once this first step was done, I took the bag of coffee, opened it and placed a little bit in a cup to observe and compare its color with that of the "Amanecer" coffee.

The aroma that I perceived was not pleasant. Besides its color was quite opaque, so I quickly thought: "it is not good". But in spite of that, I had the hope that by preparing it, I would be able to drink it.
 

Luego de haberlo visto, estaba ansiosa por abrirlo quería ver su color y oler mas de cerca su aroma, ya que un café bueno se distingue por su aroma. Lo primero que hacemos cuando vamos al mercado a comprar el café es oler su aroma.

Una vez habiendo realizado este primer paso, tomé la bolsa de café la abrí y coloque un poquito en una taza para observar y comparar su color con el del café "Amanecer".

El aroma que percibí no era agradable. Además su color era bastante opaco, por lo que pensé rápidamente: "no es bueno". Pero a pesar de eso, tenia la esperanza, que al prepararlo, lo podría tomar.

Next I took some "Amanecer" coffee and placed it in a cup. My husband and I noticed that this coffee was darker than the previous one and its aroma was very different.

Seguidamente tome un poco de café "Amanecer" y lo coloqué en un taza. Mi esposo y yo observamos que este café era mas oscuro que el anterior y su aroma era muy diferente.

But that does not mean that I gave up preparing the two coffees, I wanted to be completely sure that the coffee that had just arrived was good or not. I say it this way, because at home we only buy "Amanecer"; and by this I don't mean that other kinds of coffee are not welcome, no, nothing like that. They are welcome as long as they are to my liking.
 
I proceed to prepare the coffees. The first one I prepared was the "La Coromoto" coffee. After I made it, I poured my cup and sat down for a few minutes to taste it better. So the most awaited moment arrived: tasting the coffee. My friends, not for nothing, but honestly, I couldn't taste the coffee, I couldn't finish it.

Pero eso no quiere decir que desistí en preparar los dos cafés, quería estar completamente segura que el café recién llegado era bueno o no. Lo digo así, porque en casa solo se compra "Amanecer"; y ojo, con esto no quiero decir que no son bienvenidos otras clase de café, no, no nada de eso. Son bienvenidos siempre y cuando sean de mi agrado.
 
Procedo a prepara los cafés. El primero que preparé fue el café "La Coromoto" luego de haberlo hecho, me sirvo mi taza y me siento unos minutos para probarlo mejor. Así que llegó el momento mas esperado: probar el café. Mis amigos, no es por nada, pero honestamente, no le conseguí sabor al café, no me lo pude terminar de tomar.

After the bad taste had passed a little, I prepare my "Amanecer" coffee, and definitely this coffee has a unique taste, I would not change it for another. I enjoyed a good cup of my favorite coffee.

Luego de haber pasado un poco el mal sabor, preparo mi café "Amanecer", y definitivamente este café tiene un sabor único, no lo cambio por otro. Me deleité tomándome una buena taza de mi café favorito.
