I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Aside from a trip to the Supermarket, I spent most of my Thursday indoors behind my pc being quite productive and also watching the Womens Wimbledon Tennis. I once again managed to make some good profit and either I'm extremely lucky or there is some good value to be found in these matches. I idn't eat healthy but this was the last day aiming to get back in a better routine soon.

Today Goals: The goal on thursday is mostly to eat clean and limited if possible just 1 meal on the day and go for an evening walk if the weather allows it after watching the tennis matches.
