Guild Recruitment

How has everyone been handling guild recruitment. Ive been trying some different options but it seems like a hard sell to a lot of people for 675 entrance and 200 weekly dec. Ive been posting in guilds and general on splinterlands discord, and also dm'ing people that are looking for guilds. I try not to spam and only post 2x daily. Is the dec amount we are asking for too high? Wondering what everyone else is trying and finding effective.
