Over the past few weeks, I have started sowing seeds indoors, for my outdoor garden. Here's an update!
Jan 15th, Roma Tomato
Feb 13th, Onions and Peppers
Feb 22nd, Lettuce Seeds: Red Romaine, Leaf Green Romaine, Butter Crunch
Also, my Herbs, Thyme, Parsley, Oregano, Leaf Romaine, Celery, Greek Oregano, Dark Opal Basil, Mint, and Sweet Basil
My outdoor Gardens are in New England, Zone 6b and 7a

Most of you know, I prefer locally grown food. It's healthier for my family, and for the planet. In fact, I prefer to grow my own food. I know what goes into my foods, and what chemicals are NOT in my food. Also, It cuts down on carbon emissions, less trucking to get fresh foods to my table.
