Rebellion Reward Card Reviews: Halaran Huntress

Introduction
This week we have a look into Hlaran Huntress. Another unit that is from the start, level 1, a interesting unit in low mana cap battles.
Unit
From the start it already has and . Meaning that this unit can attack from every position with 2 attack 3 health hidden in the middle of the pack.
As you can see it gain some nice health when leveling up. Personally not a huge favor of snare and do not use it very often intentionally but 4 attack with 7 health is already enough for me to level it up as fast as possible.
Current Statistics
My main account has play it not that often for that its to low. The bot has not played it yet but i have in tournaments and brawls.
My alt account does has some more play but also still very limited.
Synergies / Strategies
Little league - its ahttps://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/beaker007/23tvAVUYjV98WTuRKod9jZ9QZER2QK2boGG4H49RHbUgAuGK51SEgzHkRHwLjqBM3qxY4.png low mana cost unit that is used well with the little league ruleset
Up close and personal - great unit to place where other cannot attack
Inspire - Use a unit with inspire to boost this unit with one more damage
Blind - Combine this with unit that has blind that will increase another 15% miss chance on top of the 25% of flying.
If you do this also consider futher increase the chance to miss with slow and
Example battle
This time i picked a bronze battle that i played with my alt account beakerr
Strategy
Low mana in the statistics you can see this where i like to use this unit. There are no other restrictions.
Rulesets
Standard:
No other restriction or buffs this is the core game battle mechanism
The Lineup
Summoner
Card | Reason |
---|---|
In the bronze league i like to use the magic attack, just upgraded it to level 4 still need to upgrade the units. Will be done in time. I'm just enjoying the manual play while my main account is collecting glint in diamond |
Units Lineup
#1 | #2 | #3 | #4 | #5 |
---|---|---|---|---|
Hill Giant (lvl 3)
Some protection in the front with only 18 mana not a lot of options. 7 health is decent and this unit also often make in the team as front tank.
Lurking Puffer (lvl 1)
No attack unit that will be buff +1 magic of the Moxian Rebel and +1 of my summoner. Making it 2 attack unit with 5 health for only 2 mana. Again this is why i like magic especially with this combo
Moxian Rebel (lvl 1)
Important unit in this strategy to buff adjacent units with +1 magic attack
Chaos Agent (lvl 1)
Only 1 mana cost now with also 2 magic damage.
Halaran Huntress (lvl 2)
Important unit in the back. It protect the Chaos Agent for sneak attacks and it still can attack

Rounds
Start :
This is also a strategy you see very often in bronze two gladius units are appearing all the time, Quora Towershead and Katrelba Gobson.
I also used the all the time, you need to mix it up else the bot or real player expect it and tries to counter it.
So i need to kill the 2 front fast else i might end up with very powerful Katrelba Gobson (bloodlust).
🤞 that the 25% percent miss chance is in my favor.
Round 1:
There you see why the flying is so important. Katrelba Gobson miss the first attack and could not kill my Halaran Huntress. Now the match is over Katrelba Gobson needs 3 attacks to kill my Hill Giant.
Round 2:
Nice win and shows that it possible to win against gladius units. I can imagine that for really new players ending up against all these gladius units is not funny...
Only two rounds, often low mana matched are quickly over because you cannot select the high health units.
Conclusion
Nice low costing unit that can attack from any position
Small post about the Halaran Huntress as bonus here some other battle where this unit shines is Bronze.
