The Hive Blockchain and its Hive Empowers community initiative project have shaped the lives of many communities over time. Bringing hope to the hopeless and restoring happiness to the most deprived areas Ghana can proudly point to the enormous benefits that resulted from these initiatives. We can mention how the distribution of exercise books, the construction of boreholes, and health screening exercises all had a big impact on the majority of people.
 

The Ghanaian community led by @mcsamm and @collinz and the team of hard workers have led many projects that have seen significant impact and change in the lives of the ordinary Ghanaian many of whom continue to be very much grateful to the Blockchain for the love shown them.
 
The success of this project has been absolutely incredible, and I always suggest the Hive blockchain for such a significant impact.
If I had the chance to recommend a project to the Hive Blockchain to add to these already existing ones, I would recommend this project, which we can look at in the future. Waste collection initiative to final Disposal site.

Waste Management:
Many developing nations still struggle with waste management, despite great efforts to do so. The amount of waste produced each day is simply too great, making it difficult to control at times. This has resulted in waste being dumped improperly, which of course has many negative effects on the environment.
My dream project has always been the waste collection initiative, and I would be honored to work on it. I hope that one day the Hive Blockchain will be able to add to its existing initiatives to have an impact on the entire world.

The project is essential for creating cleaner and healthier communities, conserving natural resources, and promoting sustainable practices among ourselves in a society.

  Improves the quality of health Proper collection of waste will prevent improper accumulation of waste in proper places, reducing the rise of diseases and contamination. It enhances health by preventing the reproduction of insects that can spread disease.

  Add aesthetic beauty to the environment and promote Tourism as well.

How I want This to Be Done:

We are going to place Hive-branded waste bins at points where people can easily dump their waste. We will involve community leaders as some of the other projects are carried out. I think this is why changing people's lives will also do a great deal to promote Hive. I know tackling waste is a huge step that, of course, needs proper assessment and engagement; however, we can start with schools or any public place for the distribution exercise and later extend it if the need be.

it's important to note that the success of waste collection projects often depends on strong collaboration between governments, local authorities, waste management companies, NGOs, and the community. Adequate infrastructure, waste collection systems, and public awareness campaigns are essential for the effective implementation of such projects and we will make sure we will involve everyone in addressing this menace.
